Llanishen Library Hub
So pleased that we finally have a a community centre. We take the kids here often to choose new books. The staff are really friendly and they run lots of clubs and activities.

Worst hwb in cardiff by a mile, avoid at all cost, staff are ignorant, made a mistake by going there with my childs admission form for school, not helpful at all, don't even know if they actually scanned the documents and sent to council, person in charge of this should be fired, he's not interested in working there which he made obvious. Was reluctant to provide a receipt only if I filled in a feedback form, I wonder why?

Dreadful in library. Ramp hard to negotiate with walking aid, so steep.Library staff not up to date seem to be training but giving wrong information to clients.

As a regular user of llanishen library I find the the two ladies Diane and Denise very helpful and able to recommend books and audio discs for me which they have accustomed to my likes and dislikes . I am now clearly upset to find out when the new hub opens in llanishen police station they will not retain their existing jobs. Could somebody tell me why ? Will I get the same service at the new one ?

This not just a library it is also a Cardiff council hub .the staff are very helpful but can get a little bit busy , you might have to wait .

I'm glad I started going to the hub/ library in Llanishen. I have joined the Crime & Coffee Book Club, where each month we read a book and discuss our thoughts about. They are a lovely & friendly group of people. I've also joined the creative flash fiction classes with a few from the book club. These are all free.

Staff were late to open was the first there and told we might be able to see you later what it took a a lot for me to get there as I suffer from aggrophobia but with no t so much of asking my situation just come back easy for you to say
