Nice guys working there. They were able to help me out with a repair on short notice so I could head out again the following weekend. Reasonably priced as well, would definitely recommend.

Did a fantastic job indexing the gears on my bike. Very pleased, so took my sons mountain bike in for a service and got it back better than new. Both of us very happy :)

Contact by email to start then following phone call for shipping advice placed my order. Received my bike on day promised. By far best price in the country. Only wish it was my local Cycle shop. Great service Guys well pleased.

Ordered bike online which arrived broken in numerous ways.. scratches, one if the brakes bent in. Didn’t realise this until took the bike to another local bike shop to build it. Other shop offered to fix the issues and provide an invoice to send to Ace Bike Co. On contacting Ace was told they wouldn’t refund what I’d spent on repairs. Offered credit note which I’m still chasing them for months later and being ignored. Staff were quite rude on phone too.

Absolute bull service, I came today to get my tires filled up and the guy was talking on the phone to another customer I decided to wait a couple minutes I waited and he didn’t bother even looking at me as if I weren’t there didn’t even care to come up to me and I shouldn’t have to say “excuse me” they provide the service never coming back here again!

Excellent communication & service from Ace bikes. Neil ordered new parts & promptly let me know when they arrived. I had previously contacted other bike shops, but it was Ace bikes that produced the results.
