Been today to the prcticee and Danyal was our dentist assisted by Kat. They were both lovely and we had a chin wag before which made my wife especially feel at ease. Dentists are often scary places to go to people are nervous but a laugh and a giggle makes a visit to the dentist a whole lot better.Thanks.

Came in as I had been having pain for two days. I was due a tooth extraction at the end of September but the practice managed to fit me in on the same day. I didn’t have the same dentist Dr Antinori however the Dr I saw was super pleasant. I don’t like changing my dentist but I’m really pleased as he was very calming, talked me through everything, had a conversation to keep my mind occupied and talked through the whole process while pulling the tooth. Really happy with my experience. The assistant (not sure of her name was also lovely!) Ramesh Sharma was the dentist ☺️

I was provided with a last minute appointment. The dentist Danyal and his assistant Kat were very friendly and professional. They provided an excellent service and advice on future care for my teeth. Would highly recommend both of them.

I visited the practice yesterday, I have to be honest a visit to the dentist does not fill me with joy, however Sofiah, the dental hygienist, and the two ladies assisting her were amazing to say the least. They were welcoming and did everything possible to help me overcome my nerves. A previous visit (different hygienist) for the same treatment was painful and the end result disappointing, however Sofiah‘s work is fantastic, pain free and excellent results. Thank you ladies for your lovely professional , approachable and relaxing manner. I booked to see you again in 6th mths before I left the practice. I would 100% recommend Sofiah.A mention must also be given to the ladies on reception who again were very welcoming, efficient and professional.

I definitely a contrast in opinion about this place.On one hand, I have immense respect and gratitude for my dentist, Mr. Martin Antinori, whose genuine care and passion for his job have significantly contributed to my positive dental experiences. His expertise and empathy create a comforting environment, easing any dental anxieties I might have. The majority of the staff, including most receptionists, have been friendly and helpful, making my visits more pleasant.However, I must express my discomfort with a particular receptionist who consistently lacks basic people skills. Her demeanor has made my interactions and, from what I've observed, others' interactions, incredibly uncomfortable. It's disheartening to see a lack of empathy in a profession that should prioritize patient comfort.The recent influx of aggressive advertising and focus on revenue generation has created an atmosphere where patients might feel more like cash cows than individuals seeking dental care.I went for some treatment with the hygenist as I have done a few times in my life, except this came with exorbitant charges. While I eventually received a refund, the initial experience left a sour taste.A particularly distressing incident involved an elderly lady missing her appointment due to a valid reason. Instead of understanding her situation, the office decided to remove her from their patient list, a move that seemed heartless and money-driven, lacking the essential human touch.In summary, while I appreciate the excellent care provided by Mr. Martin Antinori and the majority of the staff, there's a concerning undercurrent of profit-focused decision-making within the practice. The lack of empathy in certain staff members and the seemingly profit-driven approach to patient care overshadow the positive aspects of the practice. As a patient, I hope for a more compassionate, patient-centric approach that prioritizes well-being over financial gains like the majority of things these day. But health shouldn't be one of them. Dividing the poor and the rich.

I have been lucky to have been registered with my Dentist Practice for many years. Mr Antinori is my dentist and I trust and feel very confident in his work and he always helps you feel at ease. Friendly and supportive assistant and reception staff.

The hygienist and her assistant Christene and Kat were very good at cleaning my teeth and everything else. Will be using them again. My teeth are very clean and my smile is perfect for my holiday. Thanks for a great experience not one you would expect from a dental practice!

Sophie at Reception was amazing today. We had a number of long-standing problems getting appointments with my son, organising prescriptions for my wife and even appointments being inconveniently rearranged. However, despite months or irritation and annoyance, one phone call with Sophie sorted everything. She really worked hard for us and made us feel respected and heard. It's great to finally have the level of service and kindness we had years ago. Thank you so much for getting everything sorted for us and making sure all our concerns were taken seriously and fixed quickly.

Today I visited the dental hygienist Christene and her assistant Kat. I must say they were brilliant I left with a smile on my face after being treated with care and respect. I won't be anxious next time I visit. Thank you.

Have been a patient at this practice for a number of years and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Today I met the new dentist Kaiser and his assistant Kat. Kaiser and Kat really put me at ease I look to many years of Kaiser being my dentist.
