South Bristol Community Hospital

Although I had the longest wait for a leg X-ray the whole facility is new, cared for and pleasant. There is good coffee & snacks on hand too.

Terrible visit today as we arrived 5 mins early for our 10am appointment with our newborn baby but then had to wait 50 mins to be seen for an 8 minute long appointment!No warning of huge wait ahead when we arrived at reception either which is not easy to deal with when we planned feeding and changes so carefully to be on time and fit with out alloted time.Hoped to share feedback and suggestions via official NHS channels too but that process failed - website let me spend ten minutes entering a complaint but said I must validate my email address first. I never received the link to do so but have checked the email entered was accurate.We've seen some great midwives and nurses through this process but those in charge of NHS policy planning and technology management need replacing or support in performing much better.

Had a “pleasure” to visit the walk in centre today and again i was proved about the poor quality and lack of interest of nhs service in England. Having been in a severe pain for days and after 2 hours waiting i was sent home to take paracetamol and ibuprofen. Even I asked to prescribe a stronger painkiller at least but has been refused. Absolutely ridiculous NHS!!!

I have all four wisdom teeth removed. Everyone was so nice and comforting. Especially Ed my nurse. I was checked on frequently and the staff were so friendly and helpful. You will be well looked after

This facility is not answering the phone, I am currently at 25 minutes wait time on 111 to find out if it is even open. 11.21 am. I have no idea if 111 will be able to tell me if they treat the symptoms I have, which is why I attempted several times to phone them before I drag myself over there.

Rubbish place, keep you waiting for hours and give no update. Should be on order of arrival and bloody speed up. Your delays, are due to how slow you are. If you made an effort to work instead of standing chatting to each other then wait times would be much improvedNo one wants to be waiting with no updatesShambles NHS

Nice new facility, very long wait, approx 4 hours. When you get to see someone the medical staff are amazing, usual HNS story!!

great service, the staff were incredible from the reception, nurses and doctors it was a great experience. seen quickly and went above and beyond to help me with my injury! 10/10 thank you.

I've been seen here twice by my Rheumatologist and I have had a fantastic experience both times. All of the staff I have came into contact with have been polite, helpful & respectful. The hospital has been spotlessly clean inc. the toilets. And they have a lovely little coffee shop with very nice staff working there too.
