The sale and purchase of my new house was unduly complicated by the solicitors further down the chain but Sharon`s patience and professional approach held the process together to accomplish completion. Well what can I say that hasn’t already been said! Sharon and Jamie sold my house in under 2 weeks , I had a few issues with my buyers but they were there to sort it instantly! They kept me updated and chased everything on a regular basis m. They are both very professional and easy to speak to!I wouldn’t use anyone else if ever I was to move again!

I received great advice when I came to marketing my property.My property was well presented on the market with decent photography. Strada generated lots of viewings and interest which lead to my property going to last and final bids. My house sold over asking price! Jamie got us £10k more than the other agents valuation, and was the best sales experience we have ever had. Sharon kept us updated and chased up the buyers solicitor to keep things moving.
