Be careful when you purchase electrical products in this shop.The shopkeeper refused to let me refund or exchange the mechanical timer which is broken after 3.5 months.The shopkeeper insisted it's my responsibility the device is not working.Tesco, Screwfix all offer 1 year guarantee for the similiar products with receipts.Neither this shopkeeper himself or the receipt ever mentioned to me there is no refund or exchange.One of the main reasons we shop in this high street independent shop is to support local business.As their prices are higher and the customer services are dreadful, I will no longer shop here.The shopkeeper made it loud and clear to me, I DON'T CARE !"."

Had a great experience in here, I bough couple of things and the stuff was excellent and helpful. I am impressed of how much stuff they have with reasonable price.
