Took an RT then a new GS1300 for a test ride. Have to commend Wayne on his knowledge and on the time he took to explain the features of the bike and discussing the best options for us to build a bike on the configurator that would meet our needs. Thank you ever so much

Purchased my BMW Xmoto from Pidcocks new in 2007 so thought I would book it in for its 18k service with them. The girl on the phone didn’t know what an Xmoto was which wasn’t a great start and said she would call me back. She did call back very quickly but only to tell me that due to the age of the bike they would not do it which absolutely amazed me. I have 20 year old Hondas that the local Honda dealer services every year for me. Terrible service from a BMW dealer who sold me the bike new. I then called another BMW dealer who was extremely helpful and booked my bike in without any drama. Roy Pidcock, I will never purchase another bike from you.

I recently traded my bike in for a barely used, just run-in second hand bike in mint condition. Not only was I super excited about the new bike (having been lucky enough to find it it when it had only just been listed), but what made the entire and swift process thoroughly enjoyable was my experience with the sales exec who was looking after me: Wayne Francis. Relaxed, informal, yet professional, not pushy and prompt to maintain communication through the process at all times. As I committed to the purchase off site, Wayne sent me a personalised and detailed video of the bike running, with commentary and was always promptly responsive to answer any questions in the follow-up. It’s clear that Wayne understands the emotive and exciting process a buyer experiences with a new bike purchase; regardless of how many times he or the buyer has experienced it, it’s still a great feeling. I wanted the bike I bought, but it’s true what they say: you buy from people and Wayne made my enjoyable new bike experience that much better. Thanks Wayne, you’re a credit to Roy Pidcock.

Recently purchased a 1250GS from David at Roy Pidcock long Eaton what an amazing experience fantastic service friendly made me feel special. had the bike just over a week , first BMW GS brilliant bike very easy to get on with , done just over 600miles so far and has not missed a beat, looking forward to many more miles of smiles Thank you Pidcocks

friendly staff, nothing seems to be too much trouble, and you get a nice cup of tea. Had a nice 3 hour test ride on one of their demo bikes, which was great. and no pressure to buy just enjoy

Had quite a bit of service work done here this year on my bike and all the work has been spot on, there was an issue I was not happy with when my service book did not get signed and after speaking to the branch manager I was asked to come back in and received a free oil change and got another little job done free of charge and my book was signed. I also had an issue with their hired bike (completely my fault) and the girl on the service desk was was really good and really did help me try to sort it, so the whole customer service has been great all the way through.

I have bought my last two bikes here and I intend to use them again in future. The service is exceptional (both during the buying process, parts and for servicing). Recently exchanged my RS for a GS and Ella did a fantastic job - offering me a fair price to exchange and getting the new bike ready for me in plenty of time for my upcoming travels.Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I just had an almost new G310 ex demo delivered, Michael Sheldon was the sales person I dealt with, Michael was spot on and very helpful as I bought the bike over the phone,the bike is great, unfortunately Michal was on leave when I contacted the shop to ask what time it would be delivered I spoke to a gentleman called Wayne he was very professional and extremely helpful, the delivery driver was absolutely amazing, very professional and extremely friendly, would I recommend Pidcock Motorcycles absolutely without a doubt,
