Great to have a physical Gentle Monster store in London. The staff is great, they’ve always repaired and readjusted my sunglasses for free and made sure I was still enjoying my products with them.

The most amazing store in London!! Even if you’re not looking for sunglasses it’s worth visiting for the experience. There are robots and aliens it’s insane!. I’m in love with my new sunglasses. The staff also adjust the sunglasses exactly to your own face I’ve never had service like this before. Especially for sunglasses!!!

Lacking in a good collection of prescription glasses to display, the common response is it's out of stock or buy it online. Disappointed I can't try it at the flagship store which is the reason to visit. No information on restocking either.

Went in to the store to exchange a pair of glasses (z-1 in sliver) due to factory faulty. Kelvin and Bradley refused to do so and made up excuses. I asked them I wanted to speak to the manager they told me the store doesn't have a manager ... Then I asked for refund. They refused as well so I told them if not I will call the police as according to the EU law it's customers' rights to do. Then they started to do the refund and soemhow give me the manager detail asking me to call him. Worse customer service ever! Avoid at all cost!

Relaxed vibe and nice atmosphere. Staff non intrusive but aware. Great quality sunglasses with unique design and quirky store designs. Small selection of sunglasses but each one has a unique feel and look to it.

Beautiful store and really helpful staff; they gave us space to explore but were ready to assist, they are so diligent with sanitising glasses after each try-on but were so discreet about it that we weren’t made to feel bad. Can not recommend enough and the variety in sunglasses is great!
