I love my new conservatory and windows…would recommend them…

I had Burgess builder's to take down two very old lathe and plaster ceilings, and replace with nice new flat and smooth" ceilings! They also put in downlighters. I am absolutely delighted with the end result

Cannot fault the team, they did a fantastic job all round! Our windows and doors look so beautiful and really high quality. They also built a wall in place of an old window and matched it perfectly to the brick work on the rest of the house. The installers were super helpful and professional. Would highly recommend!

Used the company for conservatory roof & gutter replacement.Very helpful with providing quotes for different types of roof replacements +/- other works done in association with it. Very professional and were able to fit in with my timetable well, and communications were efficient. From deciding to go ahead and arranging for surveyor/parts ordering/installation took only 6 weeks.I am very happy with the new conservatory roof, it looks very well put together, the team cleaned up well afterwards as well and took all the rubbish with them. Took 1 full day and 2 half days to complete.Lost of 1 star was because of miscommunication, somewhere between the teams. I originally had a light fitting on the top of the roof, the business owners who came for the initial visit said they could help me replace it back onto the new roof. However, this was not done when I returned home from work to find works completed. Followed up with office, who communicated with builder, and I was informed that I need to get an electrician for that as they cannot do it (I am not sure whether that is true, or if they did not want to return to the job as they had left). I saw no point in extending this further with the office as they were only relaying the message. Something we can do ourselves on the weekend, but just a bit more troublesome as we do not own a ladder that is tall enough and will need to purchase glue for the job (and perhaps the builders had both when they were already here). In this case it is not a big error, just a bit of disappointment on our part, and I hope that the team can reflect on this and prevent further miscommunications to other clients in the future.Otherwise very happy with them and would highly recommend

I have just had French doors taken out and a Window put in its place. I cannot praise this company high enough. They have done a wonderful job and it looks fantastic. They were punctual hard working and very thoughtful throughout. If you are looking for a top rate company then they are what you are needing. Well done to the team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Would recommend this local family run company to anyone, and will use their services again if we need to. The sales team were very responsive, and when the original installation date wasn’t possible, the ops team we’re very communicative and we found a suitable date straight away. The door itself is good quality, and the two installers were professional, on time, and also added a cat flap into the door which was neatly installed. Very happy customers!

George & his father Paul and team have done a sterling job on our recent new window and patio door fit. They also replaced our old gutters, facias and cheeks around the windows. We asked for it to be done in 3 phases over 2 years, which they did. It all looks wonderful and we’re so pleased! They were very accommodating and the customer care is excellent.
