I originally took my bike in for a wheel alignment and overall check up.A day or so later my bike's engine would cut off randomly whilst riding.I took my bike back in for another check up and was advised that the Carburetor would need cleaning to fix the issue.Handing over £280 for the carburetor to be cleaned I was told that 90% of the issue has been fixed but the remaining 10% of the problem are in my ignition coils. The clip inside that holds the coil in place had unclipped and that it needed replacing with new coils.My bike was still randomly cutting out as it was before.I was then quoted £444 for 4 coils and £120 for labor. An extra £564 on top of the £280 I had already paid to fix this issue with my engine.Not being able to afford purchasing the coils direct from Honda I bought the coils (£120 for 4) elsewhere online and took my bike (with the coils) to another garage for installation.The mechanic was told of the above and looked at my bike. Before even checking the bike he said he was certain that there was nothing wrong with the coils.He then checked over the bike and discovered that the bolt on the battery was loose and was wedged in on it's side (which was very surprising as I installed the battery myself and it did not look like that when I last checked) but the fuse was also loose??He quickly adjusted and tightened up the bolt on the battery and then clipped the fuse back together again. He handed me back my unopened coils and said the bike should now be running fine.My bike has been running perfectly ever since.I would award a zero star if possible due to the high possibility of there being foul play or utter incompetence?Everything I have wrote is 100% objectively factual. I won't include my personal opinion on this post as in the grand scheme of things it's irrelevant.I even phoned this garage to ask why this may have happened. I was advised that they would speak with their mechanics and that they would send me pictures later that day from the cleaning of the carburetor as it was apparently very dirty.They requested that I ride down to the garage to look at the pictures but I refused so we agreed that they would send the pictures to me via Whatsapp later that day.I never received any pictures or messages?I believe the pictures of the carburetor are beside the point anyway.I'm really not sure how a professional garage misdiagnoses a loose fuse for engine problems and faulty ignition coils?However, after much wasted time, riding a dangerous bike and spending money I am also left new ignition coils that I don't need.I really hope whoever reads this finds my review helpful whether it's a member of staff or a potential customer.

I have a really good experience in this place.The staff is honest and friendly.They know what they are doing and respond well to the clients expectancies.I definitely recommend them to everybody.

Excellent service all round and very polite.. I will definitely be dropping my bike back in as I have more projects to be completed on the the bike... I would definitely recommend these guys defo a 5 star 10/10...Plus they do sport bikes not just scooters... its worth a drop in and have a chat with them if you have a problem with your Ride....

I live literally round the corner from premium motorcycles which is very convenient. Have needed 2 minor fixes since discovering premium motorcycles and both occasions it was a quick and brilliant service, recently enquired about having a full service done and again will be same day turnaround and a very reasonable price. Very helpful telephone staff, all round great place for any motorcycles needs. 10/10

Unreliable & untrustworthy to the point of a con! After my crash they desperately abused the situation and milked me for every penny they could - still gave me back a dangerously unsafe bike riddled with issues and items that they had not repaired and took months to do it too. They could have said they are not skilled enough to fix the bike but the insurance payout was too much to pass on - and it would have been too big a sum if they'd quoted for a correct repair ( and the bike would have been written off) so did what they thought was going to be enough to get it over the line...The bike was given to me with a buckled brake leaver and gear shifter, second hand replacement parts, broken ABS, speedo, and other electronics. BMW quoted £2800 to fix all the things they either did badly or didn't do at all. Disgusting... proof of all this available if needed

I had a great experience with the shop. I needed some help to fit a top box support. The guys were helpful, polite, quick and fair. I will definitely go back again in the future.
