I had an issue with the Locking Mechanism on my Double Glazing door. Matt was recommended by the company, Matt was great, he came earlier than time we arrange, which was great, he is friendly, knowledgeable and he has excellent communication, he also explain everything very well in a way that you can understand. After locking myself out leaving my keys indoors I called this brilliant and reliableService. I was totally stuck with no where to go and no spare keys with family and Alex called and reassured me and said he will come within 20minutes…and very reliable he came very quickly and helped me get into my house. Highly recommended brilliant work and such a high standard!!!Matt was very quick to diagnose the issue we had with 2 problem door locks, recommended what needed to be done, was very tidy and professional!Did not try to add extras like some do, and even had key cutting with him so I didn’t have to go to a shop!Totally far pricing!EXTREMELY PLEASED with the work carried out and will be recommending to all!!Thanks Matt
