Saxton 4x4

Never bought a car here. Its not really my kind of place. Every now and again they have some interesting stock. Looking for a new car so popped in to look at a 982, 718 Cayman GT4. Sales team were super helpful, talked me over the car and priced me up a PCP. Coffee was terrible though but the thought was nice.

A great experience from start to finish. After a 2 hour drive, attentive staff, a cup of tea and Ellie showed us our potential car. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly.The buying process was easy and quick and Jake made everything clear and simple for us.Really pleased we chose Saxon and very happy with the new car.

Never buy car with Saxton if you go with finance. Saxton people can not giving you proper information about the finance issues . They just waiting email from finance company until they know the details. So don’t call Saxton and ask until they have proper information. You not gonna get correct answer and also they can not telling you true. They just pretend it is ready. My case with Ma***on Ro***ts, he is salesperson. He makes us see the car and put the deposit. After no one call me update the situation with finance until you call them. Every time you called them you have to tell them all the story why you call because they don’t really know about the situation. I wasted 3days because of wrong information from Saxton about the situation. After I wasted time I jumped store to find out what is going on. I call Saxton and spoke to Af***ab to ask to speak the store manager but he ask me come if I want to talk with manager. finally, I can speak to real managers who is Mo***m. One call to financial company we had a document. It was very simple. After wasting so many times it was done in an hour. As the manager said he is doing his job and his colleagues does as well. I leave this very bad experience to let people know!

As a car dealer it’s always interesting visiting other car dealers. Generally I avoid it but with specialist cars you’ve got to cast your net further. Buying a Porsche sports car from a 4x4 dealer may not be everyone’s thing but for me it’s all about the car and Saxton’s was way better than the one I’d seen at Porsche and so much cheaper I can buy the Porsche warranty and have change. So a good car but poor customer service can still ruin what should be a great experience. So I’m pleased to report everyone I encountered was professional and enthusiastic, Mason, Jenna and especially Ellie who is a true petrol head and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work

Excellent customer service from the team at Saxton 4x4, offered coffees until I couldn’t have any more. I would have provided a 5* Review, however the purchase of the vehicle took the entire day to complete. And a fault with the vehicle highlighted during the test drive couldn’t be fixed on the day despite several hours in the repair shop meant I needed to bring the vehicle in for repair.From an Aftersales perspective Saxton have been faultless, Solomon H. communicated effectively with me and my local Audi dealership to address the repair and kept me in the loop every step of the way via phone & email. Solomon & the service team would have earned 5star review if I could leave two separate reviews, thanks for sorting everything out! Would certainly consider another 4x4 from Saxton.

Be very careful dealing with this company. To begin with check every function they have advertised physically in the car regardless of how long it takes. Get it in writing what functions the car come with. If they say full service history, insist on seeing the paperwork before you pay for the car. Do not believe, I repeat, do not believe everything their sales man or sales manager tells you. If they tell you something, ask for it in writing. Once you buy the car or you don't have it writing, they won't acknowledge it. I experienced it personally. I am thinking of taking it up with local trading standard. Be very careful, check everything, get everything in writing, insist on seeing proof if they claim something. Do not get their warranty, it's 3 times more expensive than a really good warranty available on the market. Good luck.

Went to see a car. Sales person assured all cars checked properly and no issues at all. Satisfied with the sales person. And bought it without proper looking. Don’t even open the bonnet. Went home, next day find the rear door rubber seals broken on both side. And car data shows outstanding safety recalls from manufacturer. So it must have some safety issues.Also car was not clean properly. the car seats are very dirty. Under the bonnet lots of rubbish. Contacted them for return. As not satisfied with this purchase.Been told return can’t be accepted because I have came and seen the car.I thought it is big company and must provide 14 day money back guarantee. But rejected the return in 2nd day of Sale. Very disappointed.My suggestion is never buy anything from Saxon. Once they take your money . They don’t know you.
