Staff very helpful and lots of them around. Facilities are good. Cafe is great. Station clean and tidy. But needs decorating.

Not the smoothest car park to park on, but it's fine if you're travelling into Liverpool/Manchester and take the train. A heads up it is coin only to pay at the machine, but you can also pay online using the QR codes they have onsite and you'll receive an email with your ticket.The sign is also wrong, it seems it's now £3 for all-day parking, not the £2.50 the sign shows.
