They came to clean a large lounge carpet after the room had been decorated. The carpet had several pet stains and hadn't been professionally cleaned for several years. The carpet now looks like new. The booking was easy and they responded very quickly to my request for a quote

I have used J-Clean for years and they have always done a wonderful job on my living room carpet. With two dogs, having a light coloured carpet can be a challenge, but Richard always manages to make it look like new again!

We used the services of J-Clean when to have all of our carpets cleaned after renting out our property - 3 bedrooms, stairs, living room and a pouffe. Jill was brilliant on the phone, arranging our booking last minute and fitting us in where she could. Richard was fantastic on the day, really chatty, friendly and helpful and the carpets came up wonderfully! Removed a load of stains and years of dirt and gave us some great tips for looking after them. I would 100% use J-Clean again when we need a refresh.

We had a carpet and upholstery emergency when my daughter was ill recently. I contacted J-Clean on a recommendation from my neighbour and they couldn't have been more helpful.I spoke with Jill on the phone to discuss my issue then was able to get a quote by providing image via whatsapp. Richard came out to do the cleaning within a few days and I was pleased with his first-class knowledge, professionalism and friendliness - plus the carpet and sofa have never looked better.Highly recommended.
