Western Park View Care Home

Ok, it’s not the most executive of care homes, but it is the lowest band home under the council system, and the staff there are great.I have had the misfortune of two members of my family needing to be looked after in their twilight years, and both of them were looked after with dignity and good care.The staff do their best to make sure everyone gets as much individual attention as possible.

Some of the staff are nice, but I can't say the same for all of them.. also they don't always seem to go out there way sometimes to help relatives, last Christmas they would not let me see my mum at the home on Xmas day or even boxing day (in the podd) and this year my mum is no longer here to see on Xmas day, that's sad.. and I did think that last Xmas (one of us may not be here this xmas), because no one is promised tomorrow, shame this is not thought about
