I visited the extet store and was very happy. On first appearance the shop was clean, well stocked and amazing. The staff in there were so welcoming and helpful and answered every question I asked politely and informative ly. I am also happy with the quality of my items and very happy, would definitely recommend this shop and be back. Keep up the good positive work menkind and your staff.

I have visited the Exeter shop on many occasions. I found the staff to be very polite nothing was to much for them to do for me. I am disabled. The store is always clean. Sorry no photos I don’t go round taking photos of shops. I find Menkind a great shop to shop in. Keep up the good work all you staff. Xx

Nice environment and all staff are very friendly. Kathy and kian are very helpful in finding the product you are looking for and explaining how to use it if it’s electronic. An all round good experience :)

Love this shop it's so magical and the staff are so kind and helpful with great customer service. Ashley is lovely so welcoming as well and very polite to us every time we pop in, the shop and staff are 5 out 5 know doubt about it.

I absolutely love this store!! As a huge Marvel fan they have everything I could’ve ever wanted. The manager was so helpful and sweet to me, I think her name was Cathy. I really appreciated her help, I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Staff heavily racist and rude!!!!!.I visited their Exeter store to look at a c-secure wallet and had to seek my parents' approval, so I sent them a picture. During this time, I faced an uncomfortable situation where several employees stared at me, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and it was quite visibly evident that I was being held racially profiled compared to the others who were doing the exact same thing. (I’m Indian). To add to my dismay, the wallets suddenly disappeared from display, with an explanation that they were sold out, except for one remaining unit, only to be returned after I left the store. When I tried to confront the employees about this incident, they brushed off my concerns, claiming they were just trying to be cautious. The behavior of your employees was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. I felt discriminated against and disrespected during my visit to your store. This kind of attitude tarnishes your brand's reputation and affects the overall shopping experience..I hope this will serve as a wake-up call for your store to take the necessary steps to foster an inclusive and respectful shopping environment. Furthermore, I would like to formally register a complaint with your store. Kindly provide me with the appropriate procedure and channels to do so. I hope that Menkind Store will take prompt action to rectify this situation and prevent similar incidents from happening in the near future.
