New cafe in Warwick. Customer service needs to be stepped up. Wanted to sit outside on a sunny morning but was told outside not open. Two staff on and very quiet. Drinks made and brought over but no mention of the cake we ordered. I waited a few moments as the server was just hanging around the coffee making area before I asked if the cake was on its way. It was, but it might have been useful to just say that when the drinks were brought over without wondering if they’d forgotten. Before we left wanted to use the toilet but wasn’t sure where they were. Went up to the bar to ask. Two members of staff there who didn’t even acknowledge me and it felt a bit rude. The place was very quiet so they weren’t even busy. There are plenty of other cafes in Warwick with far better serving staff so don’t expect this place to be around for long. Hot chocolate was nicely presented but the actual chocolate was too sickly. No kids option available.

Loved the cheese toasties they serve here with crisps, and their fancy coffee drinks that are served with a big burnt marshmallow.The staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the overall ambience.

A must try in Stratford upon Avon. The big Marshmello is both cute and delicious, definitely recommend it. I also had their cheese sandwich, it was very nice and a big portion to me, you can tell they used good quality cheese and ham.The only thing is there is very limited seating indoors, so there might be a wait.

Had a hot chocolate did enjoy the flavour. Nice location in Stratford with outdoor seating.However, slightly disappointed as I asked staff for the best hot chocolate on the menu and got this. Would say it was a bit of an Instagram vs reality moment!

Went in a few hours before closing on a nice sunny day but unfortunately the outdoor area was closed. They had also run out of ice creams and milkshakes which was unfortunate so we opted for the frappés. The drinks we got were very delicious but quite sweet and rich so took us a while to get through them but the marshmallow was a fab addition!

Just WOW! After seeing a friend share her amazing looking drink on Instagram, I knew I had to visit! The hot chocolate menu is what I'm all about and it was a tough call on what to choose. In the end I opted for the Burnt Hat and it was incredible. From the toasted to perfection marshmallow on top, the meringue next hat and the raspberry bits on the side of the mug, everything was absolutely delicious. 110% recommend visiting here, you won't be disappointed. I definitely will be back to try your other amazing hot chocolates.

Came here for Sunday morning snack. Honey Blue is a very simple affair. Toasties, coffee, cake, and ice cream. That's your lot.Reasonably priced. It's a nice place to go to if you are already in Warwick.

I was excited to visit this brand new cafe in Warwick, though I have to say, we were disappointed. The photos online are from their Stratford venue which is miseleading, as the Warwick space is completely different - much larger, and with little atmosphere. In fact it is so large that we felt we couldn't have much of a conversation because when empty, the space is very echoey. I found that the barista did make a nice flat white - so I'd definitely recommend the coffee - but was quite blunt and not friendly at all. The space overall was pretty unwelcoming. I would come back, but for a takeaway coffee only.
