I had a great time at this place. I'll admit I'm really impressed with how Good of a job I did. I accidentally caused a hassle as I booked for the complete wrong thing (I'm still, sorry BTW xD). But Anna was really great, I asked for my dark brown hair that had only one blonde streak through it, to be dyed purple and have white tips at the end.And Anna did an amazing job! She gave great customer service, and made my hair look even better than either of us expected, haha. She also ended it with great advice on how to proceed for next time. 10/10 and I plan on coming back soon. :)

I visited Goldiggers for the 1st time yesterday. I had a wonderful experience in the hands of Kayleigh who really knows her stuff. She turned my frazzled rusty locks into shiny, sleek brunette glossy locks. She can also cut a fringe really well....and it's surprising how many salons can't. I've definitely found my new stylist. The salon is lovely too. And I also had amazing lashes from Ceinwen.

Traumatising experience getting extensions, cut and colour. The owner Jo threatened me with the small claims court if I wrote a review but I don't want anyone else to go through this without making an informed decision, plus people are allowed to share their experience.I won't name the stylists that did my hair because although they did a bad job, they weren't rude to me. My real issue is with the owner Jo, the way she dealt with my complaint was absolutely rotten. No accountability at all.In a nutshell:- I've lost about 50-70% of my hair after getting extensions here after less than a month of wear.- The extensions slid out of my hair twice, once when I was still in the salon chair and then the following day at home (pictured).- When I went back the next day, I didn't get any apology from the stylist, even though I just forked out on taxis going back to correct their bad installation (they are far away from me). I had to cancel a job I had that day to go and was further out of pocket. You think they'd offer some compensation for the inconvenience...- The owner Jo has no concept of customer service, she blamed every issue I brought to her on me. I had to beg to get just a partial refund when she really should have given me a full refund because there was not one single element of the service that was performed well - I trusted them as 'professionals' providing a service.- They dyed my hair and the extensions completely different colours (pictured).. How can they honestly let someone leave the salon like that?- When they reinstalled the extensions, they repositioned them. Afterwards, they should have blended the extensions into my hair and gave me a blunt cut. They did neither, leaving my extensions all different lengths (pictured).- Weft installation was extremely messy, the thread was loose and hanging out everywhere. You should not be able to see the thread (pictured).- The colouring was patchy, the dye was not evenly applied (pictured).I can't express enough how much distress this has caused me. Not only did I waste money on this and ruin my extensions with bad colouring - I lost so much hair because of the bad application. This still affects me daily, months after all this happened. It’s something I'll have to live for years to come, until the hair grows back. My hair has always been my pride and joy and now it’s become my biggest insecurity.Side note: I got this hair from a good friend who only had it in a couple months, they are Beauty Works ones, which are known to be a high quality brand. Three of the stylists complimented the quality of the extensions, even during the consultation. I’m sure Jo is going to blame this all on the extensions being second hand however, if they were bad quality, why would you put it in my hair rather than saying your opinion at the consultation? You were very happy to take my money in the moment without highlighting any potential issues. Also Jo has claimed the extensions were dyed beforehand, which is why their colour was patchy - this is categorically not true, it is virgin hair.Despite the long review, I have honestly played down just how bad this whole experience was. I hope this helps anyone deciding to get extensions here.

A salon of pure talent ! The salon has such a brilliant vibe to it, I love the excitement all the staff share when I go in and ask to try something new for my hair. I feel like a superstar when I leave with a huge boost to my self esteem. Amazingly friendly, talented creative bunch . Kindness , smiles and caring for their clients in abundance! Wonderful environment in every way! And of course always an amazing result ! Love this place !

Had the best treatment here, so subtle but just what I wanted. Amy who does the Aesthetics was amazing and Jo is just a delight as always! I will be returning! Thanks all! Xx

First time here today and can honestly say I had a fab experience. Beth listened so well to what I asked for and guided me a little with hair colour options and highlights etc. I love my new fresh colour and highly recommend her. She knows her stuff and is a real credit to Golddiggers. Lovely conversation and so friendly, she deserves be highlighted as she is a fab stylist who really cares to get it right for you. 5 stars to you Beth

Louise did such a good job with me, I got a completely different look to what I usually did and she did amazing. I’m extremely nervous when it comes to hairdressers and she was lovely the whole way through and kept checking i was okay ( + conversations made it a whole lot less awkward) 10/10 recommend :3

Had a great experience from the moment I walked in, the owner Jo was very welcoming and made me feel at ease from the start. Was offered a hot drink as soon as I walked in and everyone was very friendly. I went in for Botox, it was my first time having it and I felt so comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

First time having Anna as my stylist today and my hair has never looked so good and felt so soft! She is so friendly and accommodating, can’t rate her highly enough. Everybody in the salon is lovely and always make you feel very welcome!
