Terrible company. Wanted more paper of me than you would need for a mortgage. Even selfie with me holding my license what a joke. Now they want me running emailing retailers in order to get my deposit back. Stay away much better choices out there. All over £280 loan wanted my life story.

Possibly the most useless company in existence. Their direct debit system has failed in two months, plenty of money in my account, so the problem is on their end. But there is no option to re-try the direct debit request, so you must add a card and make the payment manually. It's completely unheard of that a direct debit system will not automatically re-try, let alone allow the option for a user or admin-prompted re-try. The customer service is not great either, with staff offering no more information or help than is available on their website.All in all, very janky, unfriendly, and insanely frustrating. But I'm at their beck and call because they're Vitality's PSP provider. Hopefully Vitality will reconsider their partners at some point in the future and choose one that works. Until then I guess I'm logging into this system every month to make manual payments. Lucky me.

I have a great credit rating and yet they still decline me for a measly £7.49 per month account for AP through my health insurance. Never give a reason and the only year they did agree it they never had any issue with me.

I have been a victim of fraud due to a cyber attack with various companies. Sky mobile, Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile, Argos all investigated, dealt with and got rid of immediately as it was so clearly obvious it was fraudulent activity. We have reported to the police and have a crime reference number and yet Etika have investigated and are the only company to find that they do not believe it is fraudulent and have sent letters demanding money that we have not spent! Such poor communication and causing such stress. How this one company can come to such a different conclusion to all the other named companies above & police involvement is shocking! Do Not Use this awful company!

I've never had a finance company make you jump through so many hoops for such a small loan (£1'100 for my new private number plate) I have an Experian credit score of 999 out of 999. I proved my income of nearly £50k by sending my P60 and then they start asking for Bank statements to prove income. (P60 proves all my taxable income) so I got fed up with all the hassle told them to cancel my application and just paid cash for my purchase. I WON'T deal with Etika again!!!

Difficult to pay using there portal it justs unknown error and the trail of a transaction never even gets to your account. Meaning an error with Etikas' systems. Then they go to creditors after less than 8 quid.Would avoid if you currently enjoy a credit score.

Terrible + LiarsTerrible, worst product ever forced into a contract, could prove i was doing steps and still had to pay.I do have an account with Vitality and i pay 7.90£ for the 9-months, i try to cancel several times and could not and now you are letting me know, i am not a customer ? That's dishonest. I dont have an apple watch and it was NEVER mentioned it was a requirement, i have google fit on my phone

Very poor service, never responded to 6 emails over two month period. Issued final response saying contact not responded to three times. Data subject access request sent via email instead of post and outside of 30 Calander days required. Offered £30 compensation. Case referred to information commissioner's office and financial ombudsman service. Beware of this company. Company did not respond within time frame

Case Reference: C-0877Was offered Apple Watch and Amazon Prime Account for £7.99 month but unfortunately none of these were offered from Vitality, instead they have signed me for £79 Through Etika Finance, which is complete fraud that loves phoning and emailing us saying we will put default on your credit file if we don't pay up, they love writing long essay about my conversation on the phone
