Visited here as NCS Team leader, staff were AMAZING. Really motivational, outgoing and fun. Love the history of the place, lovely setting with lots to do.

Food was absolutely disgusting. We actually dropped a rice grain on the floor and it made a sound, im no gordan ramsey but i dont think rice should be crunchy. The sausages were pretty much raw, may as well just brought the pig in for us to take a bite out of.

The staff are absolutely lovely and the activities were fun, the hygiene of the castle however was disgusting. Somewhere nice to visit but not to stay. I contracted really bad food poisoning and got lice from unwashed covers, I feel absolutely disgusting and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

The food was disgusting and they barely gave you any of it. The rooms had as much as 16 beds crammed in with only one bathroom which smelled horrendous. Bad things will happen to you if you stay in certain rooms as well.

Ok, one positive, unlimited negatives it all started off with a good school trip until we got hungry. DISGUSTING. The food was terrible the rice was sooo cold when you dropped it, it made a noise, is that acceptable? :(The beds were so bad and the service was trrrible I suggest you don’t never ever. YOU CANT EVEN ORDER TAKEAWAY. It wasn’t spooky enough it didn’t give me a scooby doo feeling.
