The food is great, especially Biryani, Pulao and Raita. We regularly buy from here for parties. But on one occasion, it was Eid day and we had a party at our place. When we went to collect, we found out that our order was collected by someone else. On top of that, instead of apologising in the name of customer satisfaction, they told us it wasn't their fault. Quite disappointing.

Ordered 50 samosas for birthday celebration in my office. They were gorgeous! Plenty of happy colleagues. The price was also very reasonable. Will most certainly use again.

Ordered some rotis. Got home and they tasted like cardboard. Ruined the meal. They clearly served day old rotis. Shocking.

comparing to our previous experience before COVID, this restaurant has disappointed us to the extent that a review should be left hoping for their improvements but not running down as it should be a very lovely authentic asian restaurant.Waitress who served us that night was very rude without showing any custom service skills with respect, she took the wrong order and came back without apology but had an attitude and dropped the cutlery with a bang and still no sorry but left like that... Then the manager came to our table who did not show willingness to solve the issue and also did not apologise for the wrong order, even though we thanked him for not charging us for the wrong order and taking it away. Overall its been so lack of customer service which truly let us down, especially you went there trying to have a nice relaxing meal with clients or friends...Secondly, the food is ok which is their usual standard. However the Kashimir tea is in pink color which seems very unusual not to mention the taste is very odd....thirdly the place does not feel clean to us, the dinning area, hallway and the toilet area....I am sorry to point out above but its our genuine feedback which deserves the management's attention, hoping our next visit (dont think soon enough) the restaurant will be going strong...
