Laurie Nettleton Pilates

Laurie provided my first one to one lesson for me and I couldn’t rate rate her more highly. She put me completely at my ease and provided me with exercises that were challenging but not intimidating. I have tried Pilates in the past but didn’t really feel the benefit but Laurie encouraged tweaks to my technique here and there that made huge difference. Will definitely be returning. I regularly attend Pilates classes and have also had 1:1 sessions after Laurie was recommended by my physiotherapist. Laurie is a really great teacher and has a wonderful manner with her clients. Classes are inclusive and welcoming and you can take things at your own level making it as challenging as you feel able to. The studio is a lovely space with good equipment and really conveniently located. There is also a very user friendly booking app and a good choice of classes on the timetable.

Laurie is an inspirational teacher. The studio is always clean and welcoming. Every class is different and the exercises can be adapted to suit your level. I always feel amazing after Laurie’s Pilates class.

Laurie’s Pilates classes are the best, really welcoming & friendly, small classes with a brilliant instructor. Laurie doesn’t just teach from the front of class she goes round and gives 121 corrections so you actually do it right and get the benefits.
