Caffyns Worthing Audi

Received 5 star service from Simon, from the moment we entered the showroom, he was very helpful and answered any questions we had and we never felt any pressure to purchase an Audi. But so glad we took the plunge and have become proud owners of our first Audi. We did have a couple of small issues but these were sorted extremely quickly, would recommend Worthing Audi to others and will definitely be back. Great 5 star service as you would expect.

Awful dealership only interested in selling a car to you ,after service is shocking my mother brought a Audi a1 from sales man called Lucus who was good when taking your money my 76 year old mother can no longer drive we contacted dealership to sell car back as was never being used her calls were ignored never got a call back this isn’t the first time terrible service , when we did finally arranged to go down to caffeys Worthing the sale man we booked to see wasn’t even in that day total shambles , apart from Callum crisp a sale man who was great with my mother after we said how bad the customer service is the sale man Lucus who sold mum car wouldn’t deal with us even tho he was asked to totally ignored my mother not a hello nothing yet not long sold her the car , I was looking to purchase a new car myself I would touch Audi I went straight to Peugeot in Chichester brought a brand new 208 the service was 5 star after service is what I would expect from a luxury car brand Audi , your sale team don’t even say hello when you walk in make you feel uncomfortable

I had the wonderful William Hammond look after me whilst buying my new car. He made me feel at ease straight away, and is so polite and friendly. Will made the whole experience so easy and exciting (as it should be!!) and not once did I feel pressured or forced into anything. I even got some beautiful flowers when I picked up my car!! Thank you for being so amazing Will, I couldn’t recommend him or the dealership more☺️

Shocking service. Brought my vehicle in 3 times with steering issues (vague/floaty steering, unresponsive, over steer / under steer, play in steering, pulling to one side when breaking and accelerating, constantly having to over correct, dynamic steering not functioning as should - feeling light at slow and high speeds only occasionally getting firm, does not feel safe to drive in most cases but is particularly an issue on highways & motorway). The last time it was brought in, the vehicle was dropped off at 10am. I received a call back at 11am to tell me there’s nothing wrong with the car and it was ready to pick up. It was only when I challenged this, was the car kept an additional day. The car is unsafe to drive, but Caffyns tell me they are unable to recreate the issue, even though, as soon as I picked up the car, I felt the issue straight away. They tell me it’s normal function of the dynamic steering (steering wheel facing 90 degrees to the left, when tyres are facing straight). I’ve had dynamic steering on previous Audis with none of these issues. Today. I go to drop the car for an MOT and Service and I'm told they're unable give me a loan car due to a previous conviction on my license which is now spent. However, I was given a loan car a few months prior with the same conviction, when it wasnt spent (with higher excess). I couldn’t leave the car because I had errands to run. I’ve now had to scramble to find a garage that can take me in last minute for my MOT which I’ve had to pay out for when I have a service plan. I don’t recommend anyone going to this dealership for this reason. Such a shame, as staff are friendly enough. Been an Audi enthusiast for many years. This has really made me lose my confidence in the Audi brand.Responding to owner:Unfortunately a lift was never offered to me even though you say it was. I also want to add that since the problems we've had with yourselves and our Audi, we have made a difficult decision (being an Audi enthusiast for many years) to trade in our A6 for a new BMW 5-Series. Such a shame.

I will never drive Audi anymore you never get appointment inlaid £80k for car but they don’t care customer. Never Audi again in uk.

If only all cars could be sold this wayThe hot chocolate was top notch! The whole experience was relaxed and welcoming from start to finish. Issues dealt with realistically and I would definitely want to do business with Simon Garner and Worthing Audi again. We were treated as important customers and even though it wasn’t a new car, it was presented to us like a new car would have been. It looked great in the ‘departure lounge’ and was the finishing touch to a great experience. Thanks also to Will for helping out on the day. Great job.

We had an excellent experience buying our car. We went in looking for a particular car which wasn’t available yet due to it being electric however Will Hammond found us a perfect alternative that fitted our needs much better. Not having a new car for over 10 years we were anxious in making the right decision with Will’s calm and honest approach we know we were in capable hands. Thanks again Will!
