Autoclass provided amazing care of my A Class and went above and beyond. They were transparent throughout the process and the lovey lady taking phone calls was incredibly patient with any questions I had. The pricing for a Mercedes specialist was very fair, going as far as to provide further testing on my vehicle to ensure the repair had fixed the issue. I look forward to continuing to use this garage in the future! So happy, thank you!

Simon and and the team are veryprofessional andhelpful. Squeezed me in on a really busy day and didnt keep me long either . When at least 3 garages including mercedes themselves could not give a date on when the part woukd be in , autoclass had one supplied and fitted within the same week of me calling.I would highly recommend .

Good customer Services.Autoclass garage is actually specialised on mercedes benz cars.With my own experience with mercedes Benz cars, I have realised that they can fix issues that no where else can fix.Instead of wasting money with others garages that will take your money without having a clue about the issue on you car, go straight away to autoclass garage, they are the best.

**UPDATE**Took another Merc to Autoclass after spending over a £1000 with Mercedes Aylesbury which they didn't fix! Autoclass fixed it for a very sensible cost.Dont bother going to main dealers they just rip you off!The team at Autoclass are the people to look after your and your car!Thank you!I would like to say a big thank you to you all at Autoclass for working on my GLA and fixing it. You have managed in a few hours what 4 other garages couldn’t do!Really do appreciate it.

Had both my C Class (W204) and E Class (S212) gearboxes serviced. Also thermostat change and other maintenance. Great work. Currently have a family member's C Class there for diagnosis and repair.

Not normally one to leave reviews, I felt this needed a mention. I called by without an appointment today, asking for help with a heat shield that had come adrift on my E Class. Help yourself to a coffee and take a seat" came the reply. 40 minutes later all was sorted and I was on my way. No bother
