It seems you are paying for the location. Stopped in for tea today. 2 chicken and avacado rolls, and a 3 cheese pizza, none of us was impressed with our choices. The pizza was over powered by cheese, otherwise underwhelming and half was left uneaten.Staff were friendly and the area is set up well for covid, with space heaters in the covered area.

We stayed at one of the 2 bed lodges for 4 nights in December 2021-22 Lodge was spacious, clean and comfortable it came with a hot tub which we used daily.Would recommend for all plenty to do and see whatever the time of year.If you are an EV driver then 7.2kw charger is available on site but will need to ask to use, or alternatively use Lidl at Wallingford 50Kw about 5 miles away.Plenty of local shopping or Orchard Centre at Dicot on route to site, book now you won't be disappointed we did ours through Hoseasons.

Food good but specials run out at busy times and expect delays and the odd mistake. Prices as you would expect for the waterfront location - best tables near the water get wet in the rain

Unfortunately the Waterfront has gone downhill in the last year or so. Table not cleared at all, food took a long time, food can no longer be ordered via app/web and the food is slightly lower quality than in the past. Still reasonable value but not the destination it once was. Really hope they can turn it around again since we used to be regulars.

Just back from a week in one of their lodges. Great location being close to Oxford, Reading etc.Lovely, cozy and very well equipped accommodation with a very good hot tub.Peaceful location looking directly onto the Thames, bit of road noise but not really noticeable inside.The owner and cleaner we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

Came for the Hot Tub Lodge to celebrate my Partners Birthday. Lovely well equipped Cabins with all Kitchen Equipment, Washing Materials such as Shampoo, Conditioner, Washing up Liquid and Dishwasher Tabs (Things we brought anyway of our own) beautiful view over the Thames as well as a Lovely (But very Muddy) nature trail. The hot tub was spotless and well looked after. Looking forward to returning Next year hopefully.

Really lovely spot for a quick brunch, many tables overlooking the river. The new online ordering is excellent and very easy, the service was very quick and efficient, we really enjoyed the bacon rolls they are delicious. We will definitely be back again, highly recommended

We enjoyed a lovely little mini break here at one of the Hoseasons lodges. Good location even if you wanted to visit other attractions closer to London like Windsor or the RAF museum like we did as they were only around an hours drive away.

Just got back from a 3 night lodge stay here. Had a great time. The lodge was lovely and clean, updated, spacious enough. Hot tub of course was lovely and relaxing. Located in a lovely location with a great countryside pub (the three horseshoes) in walking distance which was stunning and the food there was great also. Considering returning in the future with the caravan as they have a small area for touring pitches. Would definately recommend

Lovely lodges! We had a one bedroom lodge with hot tub! It was fab! A very peaceful and quiet surroundings by the river Thames. The lodge it self was very spacious and even managed to fit 2 travel cots in the bedroom! The owner Geraint is very accommodating and super friendly! Agnes and Chris are also brilliant and so helpful. What is also great about the lodges is that you get a discount when using the amazing waterfront cafe! Really great food and again friendly service by the Thames. We were blessed with a day of sunshine over April and it was delight to sit by the river and feed the ducks which the babies enjoyed! I have booked again to stay in July as we had such a great time.
