Click and collect order wasn't ready 2.5 hrs after ordering, staff seemed distracted and dis interested in serving, generally slack and lacking in any enthusiasm

Visited yesterday when it opened,not a big enough store aisles too narrow, everything crammed in,I'll stick with the Ferndown one much nicer,more spacious and better selection of items....

I went in looking for beads not knowing where to look .I asked him a member of staff who showed me where the beads being in two different places .One for kids with there crafts and one for adults.Nothing was to much trouble it was lovey .Thankyou

Very friendly and helpful staff, centrally located in town - however feels too small & not as well stocked as the Ferndown/Bournemouth location. More suited to seasonal decorations

A new store with a really great and varied selection of products for a variety of crafts. Helpful staff who were very knowledgeable in their particular subject matter.
