Delivery driver failed to turn up with my delivery then lied to office and said he'd been been at my door for 10mins , I was in house expecting delivery so knew he was lieing, the female I spoke to on phone was extremely unprofessional and , Told me her drivers wouldnt lie ? Really ??

I'd give them the whole 5 stars, but Burns Express are better.

Driver Alex was supposed to drop off pallet package at driveway which I would offload. He mentioned it could sink due to the weight and that we should drop it further up the driveway. I said yes as this would mean me not needing to offload the delivery from driveway.He then proceeded to reverse in aided by me.i shouted stop 3 times loudly which even my wife could hear from inside which Alex mistook for keep going and he then hit the corner roof of the house causing multiple damage to the roof area guttering tiles apex cornerstones the lot.Customer seevice did not give a care and apparently their drivers are kerbside only therfore nothing would be covered by them.....I'm so disappointed that they don't train drivers correctly. If drivers are kerbside only then why are they recommending to customers to drop off in driveway.Cost me a fortune just because there driver was a Diddy.I would never ever recommend this company ever period. I've never had such a bad business exchange. I purchased my order through sure green. Com and I will be contacting sure Green directly to make sure they don't use this company again.Absolute shambles of a company.

Driver blocked access to driveway unnecessarily, blocked traffic on road causing significant delay, and then damaged a major tree branch when driving off. Did not act professionally and did not take reasonable care, causing property damage. Company contacted, but no reply or remediation offered. Not recommended.

Cannot praise this courier highly enough - we use them to transport pallets of fairly delicate goods to often hard-to-find rural addresses and they've never missed a beat.Always give great service over the phone, and I've never had to wait on hold for someone which is a breath of fresh air compared to literally every other courier I've dealt with.If you're based in Scotland and you need someone reliable and good value pick these guys over one of the big names - you won't be disappointed.Edit - Another two years using courier connections exclusively and no issues whatsoever. Not a single consignment damaged or misrouted. Doesn't really get better than that thanks guys.

Driver tried delivering to the wrong address. When told this he started shouting and swearing when I refused to sign. Would not recommend.Unfortunately there is no option to give no stars

Driver left goods in the middle of the street, saying he couldnt take them to the front door , (two boxes easily carried) and then dumped the empty pallet they had the boxes on, on the pavement causing an obstruction, refusing to take it away. Very unprofessional.

Terrible service would not recommend at all, bad customer service, bad delivery timing, little care for customer and worst of all driver lied to his supervisor about issues we had.
