Been renting through them for around a year. Not very responsive and the staff almost exclusively communicate through emails, even for emergency situations which is less than ideal. Overall a frustrating service.

Never had any issues. Very timely responses and anything that needed repairing or replacing in the flat was handled without delay. Very friendly staff, always polite and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!!

Finding somewhere to live when we first moved to Glasgow was proving difficult until we came across Maclay Property. Alison, Gemma and Paul run their business in a professional, reliable and efficient manner while also being approachable and friendly. Unusually they manage to balance both sides of the tenant/landlord equation. The property we were renting had a lot of issues with the boiler, just because it was old, which were dealt with without us feeling it was our fault. We rented from Maclay Property for 6 months. There were no hidden surprises, no random charges at the beginning and end of our tenancy. Would rent from them again and would appoint them as my agents if I needed to rent out a property.

Since moving into our rented property with Maclay's in September 2022 we've had nothing but a great experience. Communication with Alison in particular is always a pleasure and a breeze. There are no queries too big or small and any issues with the property are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. So far 10/10 would recommend.
