Went with Sam as houses seemed to fly off in our area when on with her and the same happened with ours. Knowledgable, fairly priced and we had a good laugh on the way. Highly recommend.

Very rude from start to finish. Harassed us (the buyers) from the get go and when it turned out that we were not holding the sale up (as we were being accused of doing), the owner, Sam, decided to bad mouth the seller on multiple occasions.A real classy business...

Such a smooth stress free experience selling with Sam. Not only was Sam easily contactable, she was on the ball with absolutely everything. Making sure the buyers to view were quality leads as there were lots of enquiries. She arranged an 'open' house and sold from just one day of viewings - we had a newborn at the time, so this was incredibly helpful as we went out for the day and left her to it.
