The staff at Jones Horsham look after their customers exceptionally well.I ordered a pair of shoes online for my daughter's wedding. When I picked them up in store, Customer Services had sent the wrong shoes. Whereas Customer Services just issued a refund, Jones Horsham searched all their branches and secured the last size 6 in the country for me. Thank you so much!

Took my autistic little one into store, had made an appointment earlier that day and they had made sure a member of staff was available later in the day. Staff were wonderful with my child and we left with a wonderful new pair of shoes that fit perfectly after having their feet measured calmly and quickly. Will definitely use this store again in future!

Lovely staff but the store needs to be sent more stock! Wanted to try three pairs of boots on and none of them were in stock in my size. The Sales Assitant offered to look online for me but I would rather spend my money with the teams in store.

Tried boots on but had to order as not in my size, shop assistant very helpful stayed beyond her time to place order. Order arrived quickly, again the staff were very helpful when I collected them.

I went in there today as I needed to buy some shoes for my wedding in November. Esme, the supervisor was absolutely amazing helping me to find exactly what I wanted. The fact that the shoes were in the sale was a Brucie bonus….. I left the shop a very happy customer.

In March I bought a pair of size 12 Barbour shoes, Chelsea boot style from your Horsham branch for £125.Today I have realised that the cork and rubber on the side of both shoes is peeling off, and looks awful. I have barley worn these shoes, and for it happen to both is dreadful. I even went out of my way and paid for your shoe protect spray also.Today I took the shoes back to the Horsham branch, and got told by staff that Barbour shoes always end up coming back, if this is the case why are you selling them?Staff told me they will run them down to Timpsons, to see whether they can be glued. When asked for my money back, I was told no and that I will have to await a call to see whether both shoes can be repaired/glued.Overall from my experience today, I feel let down. I spent £125 on a pair of boots to last instead I was told this always happens, and that they will try and get them glued/repaired if possible. I was expecting either a replacement or full refund I still had the receipt also.
