got the vape on perfect timing today haven’t received the battery i bought at the same time and the battery was in stock when i ordered so i have payed 5 pounds for a battery that didn’t come

This place is the worst ..never received my package they ignore emails and stole my money..maybe because im in the united states they dont give a care about me...5 emails and no response back its been almost a month..i dont know why the package came to the US then was sent back ..and now im being ignored all i want is the item i paid for

We purchased ecig autopack penguin 8/6/2020' and only used it from 17th june as it was a bday presentnfor.my son it stopped working 3rd august so it hasnt had a long little span i contacted fogworks by email And they said cant help as its over 60 days but on.wareanty card it stated 90 days ive been in contact with joyetech And they said fogworks should be able to help us as they recieved it from my manafacturer and its clearly a fault product as you would expect life expenctantly should be more than short of 8 weeks...we would like fogworks to help us please?

if you vape this place has belting bargains ,I have bought loads of OBS cube mini ,one for each room ,one for each vaper at home,iv had one faulty which was sorted first thing monday morning via online chat ,cheers fab service ,nice staff ,will be my go to store from now
