MCL Inflatables

Great service from MCL inflatables this weekend. The bouncy castle was delivered on time and was just as described. Excellent communication beforehand. Will definitely be using again! Thank you.

We hired the Spiderman bouncy Castle for our sons 4th birthday party.All the kids absolutely loved it. Will add some photos later. A good size for a party with 25 kids, as some did other things. We had it inside the hall we hired.Castle arrived clean amd was in good condition.Easy to book. Got a phone call the day before to confirm the drop off times and to organise payment.Quick setup and collection. Very organised and professional.Would defo use them again.Thank you guys.

Unfortunately we were told we could deflate the waterproofdisco dome before the party to save electricity but it rained heavily. Before we could get it inflated again it flooded the lights and water leaked through to the inside of the dome. Spent hours trying to dry it out with towels. We rang MCL and they came out with new lights and fitted them and sorted Bluetooth issues. Although MCL were helpful and promised discount for our problems, we did not receive any discount and they did not reply to our message sent after the event. My advice for using this disco dome is only use if it is not going to rain as this is not waterproof. Despite all of our issues, we did eventually manage to have some fun. I have written this review to advise others not to deflate the dome before using it incase it rains. If we had been advised correctly we probably wouldn't have had the problems.

Excellent service from start to finish and very reasonable price, we hired the bouncy castle with slide and it was a massive hit with all the kids (and neighbours). The guys arrived on time and set up took no time at all, the kids even enjoyed helping pack away so no tears at the end of the day. MCL made our sons birthday very special and we would definitely recommend them and hope to use you again soon. Thank you.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Incredibly disappointed to be let down by MCL on Sunday. We had booked two inflatables by calling a phone number advertised on their website and the man that answered took all our details and at the time sounded very professional. When I called on Sunday to find out where our inflatables were the lady said she had no record of our booking and the number we had called (that was advertised on their site!) was their driver. I tried to call the driver who never answered the phone. They were completely dismissive of the issue that was entirely theirs in the making. I have since tried to get in touch with MCL to discuss my complaint and have been ignored. Luckily another local inflatable company were able to provide us with a very last minute inflatable for which I am incredibly grateful. Avoid them at all costs!!

Booked for my son's 5th birthday. They were already at the venue when I arrived and the bouncy castle (with slide) was set up in minutes. All 20 children loved it until they had to go home. The staff waited patiently for the children to finish and had cleared up again within minutes. For once a problem free children's party. Would recommend to all parents and would use again.
