MTS Coventry

Do not choose Coventry for your IELTs exam. I went today and after hours waiting with no heating and no place to sit, they informed that was cancelled, after this the computers start to work and they said that who wants could do the test, the computers was running slow and could be longer for update the pages, my test was booked for 9:30 and 11:45 I decided to leave because my login was not even work. A lot of stress, unprepared staffs, no heating at all, uncomfortable chairs. Do not recommend, also more expensive that in other test centres. I’m sorry for who decided to stay for the test, because they will likely lost points because of the stress. I really hope I can gate the email for my refund soon, as I already book another test, of course not in Coventry. This is complete disrespectful, IELTS is already stressful enough, I studied a lot and did not deserve this.
