Excellent, would recommend to everyone. From ordering to fitting they are very easy to deal with. Had a 4 meter bifold door supplied and fitting and I can't complain about anything they are amazing . Will be returning soon to order more windows and a front door once our extension is finished. Can't wait!

It was great to finally meet a family that care about their business enough to make sure their customers are 100% happy. Could not fault the service, was excellent from start to finish. Paul and his team are absolutely amazing! Sometimes, you truly appreciate a service after you've made a purchase. In 2018, we bought a door from Oak Lodge, and everything was great until a couple of weeks ago when the lock started acting up. Given that it had been over 5 years, I hesitantly sent an email to Paul to see if there was anything that could be done.To my surprise, Paul called me back right away and scheduled a visit for the next day to inspect the issue. He even promised to reach out to the supplier to arrange for new parts. Today, he personally installed the new parts, and I must say, our door looks and functions just like it did on day one!The level of service we received from Paul and the rest of his team is nothing short of exceptional. They've truly gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with the results. A big thank you to Paul and the entire team for their outstanding work!
