Virtuo Car Hire | Manchester Airport Station

Das ist das zweite Mal, dass ich ein Auto über go Virtuo App gemietet habe. Alles bestens, soweit so gut, nur das Ladekabel (C Type) hat NIE funktioniert. Ich hatte ein Benz GLA gemietet, leider sind nur C Type Anschlüsse möglich, ich hätte einen USB Anschluss benötigt.

From picking up the car and returning the car had no problems.

Easy to collect from an off site car park late at night, when all the usual car hire desks were shut at the airport. Handy app to download the key that also keeps track of your miles and fuel. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The only issue I had was that it was an automatic which I've never driven before and I'd missed that when I booked. I would definately use Virtuo again, you need to expand to more airports!

Super simple to access via the free park and ride service which went direct from station to car park. Unlocked car and was away in no time, 5 stars

In short the experience renting a car through yourselves ruined our trip to Disney.The car was booked for 9pm from the Airport. I received a notification that the car was running late but no timescale or any further information was given. I spoke to someone on your chat facility who initially, was very responsive and called me back about 9:15 to say that she had spoken to the driver who had said he was running 30 minutes late making his new ETA 9:30pm. 9:30pm came and went with no further update, I tried the chat feature again and all messages were then ignored, I tried ringing 10+ times and every time I called the call would cut off after being on hold for a couple of minutes. We were left with 3 young children stranded at the airport with no way of knowing if the car was even going to arrive.I eventually got a notification at about 10:15pm to say it had arrived. An hour and 15 minutes after originally booked. We found the car easily enough, however, there were no car seats which I had booked. So I was then left with no alternative option but to drive 3 young children around with no car seats close to the middle of the night in a city I have never been before.We got to our campsite which closes at 10pm for late check ins so we were then sat there for another hour and a half in the car in the middle of the night whilst trying to get a key to our accommodation. Whilst trying to sort this your agent messages back explaining she can now see we have the car and a credit will be applied to the account.To summarise, the car was an hour and 15 minutes late. It had no car seats when I booked two. It caused us to miss our check in adding further inconvenience.The offer of £40 credit is insulting. I will be expecting to be refunded in full.

Scam artists, cancelled my booking at the last minute and refuse to refund me. Avoid at all costs and use a reputable company instead. Loads of hidden fees

Virtuo cancelled my booking some 15 days before the agreed termination date! All indications would lead me to believe they are out of business and their cars have to be returned to their suppliers. We now have to find another car for the cancelled days!
