Great service all round. Including the work on the car!Been going there 2 years now for any service or work need with both my personal and business vehicle.

We have taken our car in over the years for various issues. They are an amazing team. Friendly and approachable. They are honest and have always looked after our car. They have fixed any problem that we have had to send our car in with. They will also try their best to limit the cost of parts where they can and they have always explained everything to us. I cannot reccommend them enough.

Amazing garage, amazing staff. They really went out of their way, to help me out, after having a really bad experience at a previous garage, over new year. They spoke to me on several occasions, with the best honest advice over my huge car issues, and provided more than excellent customer service. Couldn’t recommend enough and will be returning in the future.

Done tracking on mercedes and had to take it to another place as it was not done to Merc specs.Mother in law took her car for MOT and lad tried to convince that car has to be left there to do expensive repairs before he has diagnosed anything.Avoid the place at all costs!

TLC is a fantastic garage. In fact, its the best garage I have used in 40 years of using garages. It's No 1 in Norfolk according to the Honest John site and I go along with that. Where to start with their attributes? Well, the highest levels of technical expertise (Darren and Dan are master technicians) with an ability to work on prestige and less complex cars. Very good pricing, absolute honesty and integrity, they are car enthusiasts but also able to help customers out who have no knowledge of cars. I have three cars they work on , and I have been with them for four years, and I absolutely trust them to to do complex and simpler work to the very highest standards. When I have had a problem they have always gone the extra mile to help me out. It's also fun talking cars with them as they know the car business backwards!

Can't fault it at all. They squeezed the car in at short notice. They made it clear it would depend on their workload how quickly they could look at it, but in the end sorted it very quickly. It wouldn't go into reverse so i was expecting a big bill. The service was great from first call to pick up, and they didn't try to oversell. The fix was done at an exceptionally good price. I'll certainly use in the future.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else! These guys are amazing, so professional, and I always feel in safe hands! Special mention to Natasha who goes above and beyond, and is always ready with the warmest welcome! Thank you, all!

Literally the best garage and nicest people ever! I stupidly took my car to a garage in Whymondham who failed my MOT and quoted me nearly £900… I ended up taking my car off the road for the last 8 months causing me hell on earth for so many reasons. I bought my car here and it was a totally different story - these guys clearly are not in it for the money (unlike some) as they have passed my car but with advisories!! This just proves that they are a genuine, customer care focused company who should be highly recommended! Darren talked me through the findings of the MOT and the car isn’t perfect but it never needed to be off the road and it isn’t going to cost half what that other garage quoted me..he didn’t treat me like an idiot just offered advice, explanations where needed and was very kind to my sudden outburst of emotions haha I vow here and now publicly to never take my car anywhere but here ever again!! (Pinky Promise!) :)

Booked my Porsche 986 into TLC for 4 wheel alignment after major suspension work. It's very refreshing in today's world to find such professional & friendly service. From booking it in with the very friendly receptionist to the post work phone conversation with Darren who explained in detail the work which had been carried out during the alignment.The car now rides / handles how it should do once again.I highly recommend the Little Car Clinic.
