Ciaran is very helpful, we arrived while on a bike tour unannounced, with a wheel issue. He did everything in is power to fixed that problem while giving us some good tips on bike maintenance and offered to refilled our water bottleHe has a lot a knowledge and the will to share it.His price tag seemed fair.I would 100% recommended him.

Got two bikes serviced recently here and was very impressed by the work done and the level of customer service. Ciaran gave a detailed assessment, recommendations and cost breakdown before any work was started and I was able to see and approve everything online. The work was then carried out within a few days and the bikes are running perfectly again. I picked up a few accessories from the shop too, all of which are high quality and fairly priced. Overall a great experience.

Probably the most affordable e-bike in town to help me climb that Derry hill! Ciaran also makes sure that I went back with the bike that I actually will use at the best of its ability. As I commute to work, I would like to have a pannier and he assembled the rack. He also provided good repairs for the wear and tear! Recommended if you want a specialised service and care

If you are touring across Ireland, and need a some repair on your touring bike, this is the place to stop. Ciaran was great, very helpful and quick to find a solution for my rear pannier rack that was not anymore screwed to the frame. It was worth to cycle from Derry to Greysteel to get such great repair done and good advices for my Irish bike tour.
