Dream Installations

This is the second time we have used Dreams, we had 2 doors front and rear fitted plus a window this time, All looks great and the guys who fitted have done an outstanding job also they were very helpful and great guys to have working on our home. Many thanks Dreams.

Dreams Installations have just replaced our old patio doors leading to our conservatory to French doors. Could not be happier. From initially receiving a quote, to installation it has been an excellent service. The two workmen doing the installation where very professional and cleaned up at every stage. We would never have known workmen had been in. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had a composite door fitted by DI Ltd. We did a bit of research even spoke to the MD who was an affable gentleman, passionate about his business and desirous of making customers happy. On the day of installation a fantastic chap called Lewis installed the new door. He was friendly, courteous and professional and paid attention to detail. Boss take note, he is a credit to your company and great ambassador. All in all a great experience and we are delighted with our new door.

After speaking to several companies I arranged for Dream Installations Ltd to replace my conservatory roof. Not an easy shape or pitch to replace but Glen (Company Director) gave me a very favourable quote and was very polite and attentive on both phone and when he called to carry out his first inspection. After that, all telephone calls were returned and all dates kept to.I cannot rate this company or it's products highly enough. I have now had my conservatory roof replaced (it is a large 'P' shaped conservatory) in the material agreed with Glen. The workmen were efficient and tidy. Very helpful with moving the odd piece of heavy furniture that I could not move. The work was done in the 3 days as promised and looks fantastic. Exactly as promised, when promised and no additional expenses. They even cleaned out my gutter above the conservatory for me.I would recommend Dream Installations without hesitation and would be happy to speak to anyone who wants a verbal reference as to quality of work and products etc.

We had an initial visit from the sales manager and then we visited the Dream Installations showroom were we received excellent technical and aesthetic advice with zero sales pressure. A few weeks later the 18 windows, patio door and back door were installed in four days, and we are 100% delighted with the result. Everyone we’ve dealt with at Dream Installations has been helpful, caring and professional - we highly recommend them. Thank you very much!

I had cladding on the front of my house recently absolute nightmare from start to finish cladding didn't match up in places and looked awful the two fitters didn't think there was a problem so called the manager. The manager was not very sympathetic with our problem and tried to tell us what we should have what he thought looked right and not what we wanted and ordered after a while when we tried to sort the problem out he started getting angry with my husband and i we are the customer and should get what we wanted and then told us he would give us our deposit back and take the cladding down because it would cost them time and money in ordering more packets of cladding to get ours to match up not what you would expect from a company we told him that it's worth more money to the company to finish the job than to walk awayThe problem was sorted out in the end and we are much happier nowAlso after the work was completed we didn't even get a courtesy call to say we are sorry and hope all is now ok the only thing we got a few days later was the final payment which we have paid would not use again.

Shoddy repairs on damaged windowsills with a tin of spray paint, different shade and texture to finish, didn't mask up frames so these are now patchy too. Awaiting rectification with our developers. I will amend this review once these frames have been replaced. #baddream

Had a new back door and side panel fitted at our pub. Door and frame had to be suitable to roll kegs through and the door they fitted was perfect. Brilliant job. Would definitely recommend.
