I would not recommend returning to this restaurant. Presentation looks great but the food were underwhelming. The scallops were really gritty. The mussels were bland. I ordered the cod with a buttery sauce and absolutely zero seasoning. The only dish that stood out to me was the duck breast which was very delicious but portion seemed a bit too small for a main. Desserts were okay but nothing special. This meal costed £50 pp including a pint and cocktail, there’re many other options around Bristol that won’t disappoint.

We came here for the experience, full 3 course meal. Great service, lovely atmosphere, food was amazing just the right balance to the deserts.Amazing cocktails with a good selection. The starter I had, I can't recommend it more as it was one of the best I've had, everything was tender (Braised beef shin, Jerusalem artichoke & smoked garlic purée, porcini mushroom).

Restaurant was very good overall. Food was a little on the pricey side for a smaller than expected portion. But overall delicious and handled with great service.The atmosphere was particularly lacking however. Improvement on this and this place would be a must visit in Bristol

We met relatives at Aqua and eat from their Christmas Menu.We were a party of 4 and were told that the restaurant would be very busy. It was, however our food was excellent, all served very much as we expected and our main server, Ellie, was superb. She couldn't have done any more for us to make us feel welcome and not lost in the large numbers that were there. Well done Ellie!

Nice place for Sunday lunch, but at £20 each it's a bit on the pricey side, but all in all a good treat.

Went today as part of my work Christmas meal. I just want to say I have never had a better experience there. It was 10/10. Visiting other Aqua restaurants for other very busy periods haven’t been the best. However today was perfect, drink service was 10/10 along with all the staff being completely fantastic in general. Food was absolutely outstanding overall and I definitely will be returning again in the near future.
