Co-op Funeralcare, Newton-Le-Willows

Used Co-op for my mum’s funeral and can’t thanks Stuart, Sarah and Joe enough. Would have been a whole lot more difficult without these guys. The day was perfect and my lovely mum was given a beautiful send off. Thank youPhil

My sister passed away on the 1st ov March and the funeral was on the 21st ov March and we only got to se her 1 day before the funeralAnd then when we got to the cemetery with all the family and friendsYour staff from the co op takes over from us from carrying the coffin then bloody drops the coffin (your an absolute joke and not one ov ov you’s have had the decency to apologise to my mum & dad !!!

Arranging a funeral for a loved one is complicated alone but grieving as well really complicates it more , thankfully we chose this service and straight away you feel in good caring professional hands in conjunction with St Helens crematorium my Dad had a dignified well organized send off.It was just how he would of wanted and how we explained it to be. Thank you all for such a beautiful caring professional service you provide .

Amazing. My nans funeral was last week and it couldn’t have been done any more perfect and special. We was given the option to see her the week of the funeral a few days before hand. They were constantly in conversation with my mum ensuring everything was how she wanted the funeral to be.When the car arrived on the day they let us check the flowers, asked if anything else could be added.The payed the greatest respects to my Nan and her coffin. They handled everything amazingly.Very caring. Would recommend to anybody. Thank you ❤️

After losing my brother at a young age, the staff listened to us about the sort if funeral we wanted and they made sure every detail was highly professionally done. Our family couldn't of asked fir more. We highly recommend them.

I used the services of the Coop to arrange my mothers funeral recently. The lady who I dealt with handled everything for us to take the stress and worry away and everything went to plan on the day. We were contacted not too much but only as much as needed to be with a couple of calls to check in on us and make sure we were OK.The staff who attended on the day were very helpful and considerate.I have used them before for other family members and I have to say the service on every occasion is more than expected. I will always go to them in future when we need to.
