Awesome wakeboarding park with so much to offer when the sun is shining or not. 5*

It's a lovely place to live in and you will meet some very nice people five stars definitely recommended for elderly people looking for a home

What an area… 250 movies were shot here. Mostly westerns like Tarantino s Django Unchained or crazy horror as Kevin Bacon s Tremors in the 80s. But most of all westerns in the 40s and 50s with John Wayne as a predictable hero. The landscapes are stunning!! Can t blame the directors for chosing this area. You got the highest peak in Cali : Mount Whitney and the stunning Alabama Hills with their most out of this planet rock formations… what a trip.

Lovely setting in the trees. Being fixed up now with new owner. Is getting more crowded but is done with style.

A lovely, tranquil living area with local shops, friendly residents and polite tradesmen. Lovely!

I have been promised under written contract a plot that is currently occupied that my new home will be sited there. This I have believed for 10 months. I found out last week that the resident has no intention of moving further up the road and that this was never duscussed with them. Therefore it is impossible for them to uphold our contract. I did pay a deposit which in the contract is non refundable. Although it was never cashed, luckily for me. The staff make promises they are unable to uphold. The residents are very friendly but very dissatisfied with the slowness of progress within the park. It is a building site and will remain so for many years to come. Be very careful if you chose to buy.

Very similar to Steve Randell's review...stay away from the place! They make promises they cannot keep, then drop all communication until you receive your deposit cheque back in the post after several months, saying you can no longer have the agreed plot. Have not even got the decency to call you. Be very careful and do not believe what you are being told. Disgraceful way to treat people.

No clear signage to find properties. Site undergoing changes so a bit messy and very crowded compared to other sites

Excellent park home,lovely quiet and above all safe.

No idear what it's like keeps popping up on mobile as I walk very close by, beautiful area
