Irvines carpets were recommended to us by some friends who had purchased several carpets from Chris. We're so glad they did! We had the living room carpeted first and experienced excellent service, sound advice and a good quality carpet professionally fitted. We've since returned to purchase two more carpets and received the same high quality service from Chris and the fitters.

Recently had Amtico flooring fitted in the hall way and stairs carpet today. Measured and fitted on dates arranged and excellent service. Really pleased with the fitters.

Asked for a quote for amtico was quoted around £560 for a small areaI returned 4 weeks later he couldn’t remember me so he quoted me again £1025 ??? Really

I thoroughly recommend Irvines Carpets. Chris came and measured up and then was happy to return when we had a change of heart. The 2 fitters were very professional and did a great job, our hall and stairs have been transformed. Many thanks.

Waste of time. I arranged twice for him to visit my property and did not turn up. I would’ve expected a phone call to say he couldn’t make it out of courtesy. I would leave a zero rating if possible

I visited Irvine's and arranged a visit for a quote for carpet for a hall and living room plus Amtico flooring for a small kitchen area. No show for the quote so I phoned the shop, he said something had come up and he had tried to phone me, I checked my phone number with him and he had written it down with a number missing.He visited to measure 3 days later and said he would ring next day with the quote, that was 10 days ago and I have heard nothing.I wish he had just said he didn't need the business or he was too busy and I wouldn't have wasted my time or his for that matter.I wish I had taken notice of the poor reviews but there were also good reviews, obviously reliability is an issue.
