He works really hard to get plans drawn up and applications submitted in reasonable time. His advice has been invaluable and overall he provided an extremely professional service.

Des was very professional but still very personable so I felt able to ask all the questions needed. The turnaround time was extremely quick as he has good contacts and relationships within building control etc.All in all a great experience.

Having had a negative experience with someone else who mis-advised us and wasted 18 months of our time it was a real turning point when we found him as we really were on the verge of giving up.
