I am the executor of my late father-in-law's will.Amber Morris, Solicitor has conducted the application for the Grant of Probate for me.She has made the entire process as uncomplicated as possible and kept me informed at every stage. Her communications (emails and letters) are efficient, prompt and friendly.I would rate her work as 5 Star and have no hesitation in recommending her services.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company's customer service. The representative I spoke to was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Despite my attempts to address outstanding questions during a brief 4-minute call, the representative abruptly hung up on me, completely disregarding my need for assistance.The reason for my call was to discuss a letter I had received regarding a late payment to my management company. I made multiple attempts to dispute this matter by providing evidence through emails and calls. Unfortunately, the company has been entirely unresponsive through email. They have not replied to any of my emails, and on the few occasions I managed to get through on the phone, they hung up without allowing me to finish the conversation.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Dealing with financial matters requires a level of professionalism and respect that was sorely lacking in my interaction with this company. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer service standards.

Thank you to Lottie and Julia for the support in managing the sale of my mother’s house.
