We booked in Craig for an annual check and he was extremely helpful. We had some issues with the hot water which was raised with him beforehand, he took his time to go through it and resolve. Afterwards he told us to wait a few days to see how it is in case we needed him to come back again. The issue was fixed and he didn't have to come back again but it's nice to know the offer was there. Would highly recommend Craig for anyone looking for a top notch professional.

Mulder Gas and Heating Ltd
Craig carried out a boiler check first which was very efficient. He then helped fix the underfloor heating issue we'd been having as well as noisy radiators. He had to replace some piping and a pump as well as installing a Hive system to replace our over complicated existing one. He was clear on what he was planning on doing throughout (not that I understood all of it!!) and what the timing and price would look like.Overall, extremely professional and a really nice guy which helps too, would thoroughly recommend.

Craig worked over 2 days to fit our new boiler , which was not as simple as a straight replacement . He was most professional through out , a very tidy worker and considerate to us , as life was going on with in the house as usual during the 2 days. Craig was also very good with our dog , for example he always made sure our dog was safe before opening the front door and taking time to give our dog a fuss ! Highly recommend .

Really pleased with the work done!Craig did a boiler service for my elderly parents. He did a really great job but also made them feel completely comfortable which was very important. Will definitely be using again.
