A great service by Arrow on the exhaust hanger of my mobility car. Fixed in a few minutes at not much more than I could buy the parts for. Top service.

I had four new tyres and a wheel alignment done in the summer ahead of taking my 18-year-old Volvo on a 3,500 mile road trip through Europe. Superb service and superb tyres and alignment, what a difference it made to the drive! And an added bonus was that I no longer have to top up the tyre pressure on one particular wheel every couple of weeks. I've had to do that for years as other garages have tried to clean the alloy when I've had new tyres and valves put on but said that it's down to the old alloy not keeping tight. I know that happens to alloys, but Arrow Tyres managed to sort it. I didn't have to top up the tyres once for the whole 3,500 miles! Will not go anywhere else now for tyres and wheel alignment. Highly recommend. And I liked the complimentary little wheel nut bag! It now lives very easily accessible in the glovebox.

As a young woman I am always worried about the experience I will have at a new garage, was recommended this place by a friend after being stung by kwikfit. I had one flat front tyre and wanted both replaced as it just made sense to me to have them both done at the same time. I called up first and they confirmed they had the 2 tyres I needed. Within 25 minutes of dropping the car off it was ready to be picked up! They also had an opportunity to upsell me a third tyre but instead they were honest about the fact that the non punctured front tyre was still pretty good so they moved it to the back where I had an illegally worn down one and then replaced my two front tyres. They also put air in all my tyres. The price was reasonable and 25 minutes is not bad at all. They were polite and efficient. Thanks so much!
