Apartment is nice and spacious. Well equipped. Bathroom could do with a refurb though.Main issue for me is the access to the building and parking on arrival/departure. The parking access fob and pass are in the room so you need to find somewhere to abandon your car while you access the building to get the pass and then park. Markings on parking bays do not match the pass or description. Not great after a long drive. Have to repeat this in reverse on departure.

Price is bit at higher side, overall ok.

A parking place converted into an apartment block. Lots of apartments cramped together like hotel rooms. This makes it very warm in winter. It also means that it feels like living in a hotel building rather than an apartment.

I booked a stay for 2 nights and from the moment I arrived I had nothing but stress!1) I paid £40 a day for parking, therefore £80 for my stay which I really should have used to book a better apartment. The parking is reserved" and despite requesting parking on 2 occasions before my arrival I was told that parking was booked months in advance. This wasn't highlighted to me at the time of booking. Surely parking should be allocated and divided between apartments equally???2) Waited an hour for the agent to arrive and let me in.3) Staff were a bit non pulsed about my complaints.4) The duplex apartment is next to the buildings dry riser so during the hot weather gets hotter than it should do.5) Given a complimentary fan as it was hot but the fan was broken.6) Fire alarm in apartment kept going off at 10am for no reason at all.7) The pictures of the duplex apartment are deceptive

My experience,Even if it is very noisy, it is difficult for me to go to room 34 arranged by you， I have already told you that Room 34 is an extremely poor room and cannot be rented out or used at all. If your room is tight, you should rent Room 34 for other guests. Why did you leave it to me on purpose? It's extremely strange for you to do this？ Room 34 is extremely dirty and smelly bad, completely unusable, and room 3x is also full of serious problems. Why You give two rooms that are completely full of serious problems ? Is this the correct solution to the problem, it's ridiculous! Why don't you give it to other guests? ?The upstairs unit in Room 3x here often makes a noise that hits the wall or floor seriously, and sometimes in the midnight, we are very disturbed, please control the people upstairs makes a noise, can you? I want to call the police to stop them now. It's disrespectful and disrespectful the guest. I really have no way to continue to stay here, I think I should check out and apply for a refund, no longer continue to live in this unit, because it is too noisy.

Good place to stay. Adjacent to town center. In front of council. However I requested for some repairs 2 days back which they didn't do yet. Few minor things can be checked by them proactively before customer arrive like whether all taps are functional,whether any drainage choked, whether heaters are working condition etc. In my case, I have all three issues. I requested for some extra items which they delivered promptly. Overall except few minor things, nice place to stay. They should work on costing and make it less and must provide services like Netflix.

A good place to be if you want to spend few days in Swindon (but would wonder why would you do that..), near to Town Center and walkable to the station... Well placed, and one of the newer appartment to stay in.
