Very helpful staff. Especially Mr THIRU. He is very helpful, always has a smile and comes up with good ideas to help you save and invest money.

My husband and I have been a customer of ICICI bank UK, Manchester branch since it’s opening at Manchester. This bank has been a soul of India in the UK. Success of any bank depends upon it’s employees and I feel proud to mention that the bright, smiling and ever helpful attitude of the employees has made this bank so special and close to our hearts. Not even a single time I have been let down by their efforts!! Brilliant job guys ... keep it up!!!

I am so much happy with the services provided by the icici bank uk . I must specially appreciate and thank Mr. Varghese Mathew for making the process of starting the bank account so much easier. He was very much approachable when I faced difficulties while doing the initial process of the account opening. He dealt the issues so professionally and promptly. I have been with ICICI UK bank for many years now. I have received excellent services from their staff, especially Mr Amit Roychowdhury has been very helpful. He has dealt and resolved my issues very promptly. I would highly recommend this bank to everyone.

I have been with this bank for about 15 years now. Initially started as a student . The branch manager at that time was extremely rude and did tell on my face that student account is of no use for us hence a unhappy student customer makes no difference to me. I did tell him one day we students will become your big customers and you will beg us to open a account. I stopped using ICICI Manchester for years until I met Sanya the Assistant Manager in a business fair and she requested me to again trust them as she had just joined the branch ,which I did. It has been good 5 years and yes there has been a massive change in this branch. Also I have stopped using any other modes of India transfer and prefer either via branch or as advised by the App. I have also seen few times where Indian customers are very rude and mannerless to staff at this branch and expect much more than they would do from high street bank guess that is very typical Indian customer expectation however Sanya has always been patient to handle them at her best capability. Also being in restaurant business circle I know many staff member who are not very educated and need support to banking and they all highly praise Sanya as for them when they go to ICICI they know exactly whom to look for smooth transaction required.

I had a good experience while setting up my bank account at ICICI bank, Cheetham Hill (Manchester branch). Mr.Varghese was very helpful and professional in the services he provided and I could set up my account with ease. Thank you for the wonderful service.

A Friendly BankI have banked with this Branch for several years and been mostly satisfied with the service. Staff have been helpful and polite. Last year, my wife & I visited the Manchester branch, and we were served by Ms Sanya Puri, Deputy Branch Manager, who we found to be pleasant, professional and efficient. I have since then had reason to speak with her and she has always been friendly &obliging.There have however in the past been couple of occasions, when staff members after assuring me to ring back regarding a query, have not done so. It would be appreciated if the Branch can improve on this service.I certainly will continue to bank with this Branch for years to come.

Completely unprofessional. Would avoid using their services at all costs. Not even willing to listen to your concerns. Never expected ICICI to have such poor customer service.Update: updating my review as they were very prompt on following up on my negative experience. They reached out to me personally again and took time to understand my concern and tried to work with me on finding a resolution. Sanya and another gentleman I spoke to who was from tamilnadu (forgot his name) were very prompt on following up. I definitely felt heard and that was all that I needed.
