Copart Whitburn

My experience wasn't that satisfactory as the receptionist wasn't to nice to talk to. I had a long wait to be attended to. Thanks to the forklift operator who came to my rescue. However, the overall process from registration to virtual bidding and viewing is incredibly, the prices are affordable as well.

NOT SO EASY 60 SECOND SIGN UPAfter reading how to join on their website Only takes 60 seconds" to join they say. I found out after paying the £100 membership fee they then ask you to upload 2 forms of id in my case my photo id and my recent council tax bill. I then assumed I could start bidding however this was not the case. Apparantly these documents will need to be checked and confirmed by staff before my account is activated. Meanwhile the company only work Mon to Fri so it looks as though because I joined on the Friday 29th Aug my documents will not be checked untill their office reopens for business on Monday 2nd Sept thats even if they are checked on Monday 2nd. Meanwhile the only reason I joined was to bid on a car in which the auction for it starts on Monday 2nd Sep it looks as though I will lose out on the car I wanted. So much for it only taking 60 seconds to join. If I had known how difficult and time consuming it took I certainly would not have signed up. Please make it known to any new members who want to join that they have to scan and upload documents that need to be checked first

Waiting times to collect a car are pathetic 2 hours to be precise and when the car finally arrived they took the fuel out too i thought only scrubbers did that kind of stuff..... But then again this is copart lol

waiting times are terrible.2 hours 30 mins the longest ive waited.sometimes youll not see a forklift for 30 mins.newbury chester westbury i was seen only minutes from my appointment time.

Car went in for insurance check up and everything I had inside was ripped off when there was no need as I said I’m buying the car back. Inspection should have been done on the outside and they didn’t give me feedback on what was wrong

The worst of the Copart branches. All amateurs are based here. No one knows anything. The customer service is 0. This would be Oxford of unprofessionalism. The one and only aim is to take their excessive commission and unjustified charges then get rid of you. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!

Staff in the office extremely rude and unhelpful I found there attitude very negative the worst company I've ever had to deal with 1 star is to much wish there was a zero star option I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with this company

Just had my car collected to be sold by a 3rd party, everything went very well. Carl was fantastic as I was very nervous and upset at giving the car up but he spent the time explaining the process and put my mind at ease. Communication from the office and keeping me up to date is 5/5 guys. Well done. Thank you all.
