Sue Carter and Paul at WG Carter Builders have been buying and recommending the Cast Iron Air Brick companies products since 2010 and they are one of our earliest customers. They bought a fly screen 9x9 air brick then and they still use our castings, it's been a pleasure dealing with them and delivering our air bricks to their construction and restoration projects over all these years.

I am the owner of Global Shading Solutions, a small family business that has been supplying exterior shutters for 14 years. We have unfortunately supplied 2 projects for W G Carter over the last 2 years, Mulberry Bush School and Owl Barn, after completing the projects successfully and the projects been handed over 12 months later when our retention has been due W G Carter have refused payment, excuses are plentiful, no issues with what we supplied or problems. Jane Dines is fully aware of this, they are a disgrace both morally and commercially. They are fully aware that the amounts involve amount to relatively small sums so legal recourse isn’t cost effective. So thank you Jane Dines and W G Carter’s Directors, my little boys birthday will now be reduced all due to me being unfortunate to be selected to supply these people.It would be great if this was picked up by someone and published all over the UK as small businesses like mine are being destroyed by morally wrong individuals.Thanks again W G Carter....hope this review makes other suppliers aware of how they operate.
